Join us on October 22nd at 1PM CST for a Postpartum Stregthening Class. During this class Liz Cuttica will be teaching the fundamentals of how to have a strong body in the exact stage of your pregnancy & postpartum fitness journey.
Liz Cuttica is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist who has been teaching for over 10 years. She currently teaches at Milly Grey Movement studio and is conducting virtual and in-person outdoor classes. The basics that Liz teaches are vital for the strength and health of your body moving forward. The approach is to always start with breath and alignment then systematically progressing. No matter who you are or where you are in your life, Liz will start working with her clients the exact same way - whether they are pregnant, postpartum, never been pregnant, fitness trainer, proathlete. Everything you will be taught will benefit your body no matter what the stage.
